I just don't know where to start with this outfit of Julianne Moores! Why would someone design something like this in the first place? And why would anyone buy the darn thing? Maybe it was designed for schizophrenics? Just looking at it is making me feel schizo! I like the left side (Juliannes left side) but the right side is very mumsy and drab. And the belt, that just isn't necessary. I like Julianne she is a good actress and very pretty but her dress is awful!
